RUBERTA SMS Terms
By choosing the SMS opt-in on a RUBERTA signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Ruberta at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include collection releases, product news, availability updates, and offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Ruberta does not charge a separate subscription fee to join its text list.
Unsubscribe and support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing texts. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact rubertalosangeles@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email.
Your mobile number
Provide a number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, unsubscribe first. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
