Order Processing & Production
Because your item is created specifically for you, please allow 3-7 business days for production and quality control before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is produced and ships, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
